01PRICING & PAYMENT
What does epoxy actually cost?+
Between $4.50 and $18 per sq ft, depending on system tier. Full published bands live on the Rate Card.
Why is there a price range instead of a fixed price?+
Because concrete condition drives the low vs. high end. A clean, moisture-tested, crack-free slab lands at the low end. A slab that needs crack repair, old-coating removal, or moisture mitigation lands at the high end. We publish both boundaries so you know what you're signing up for.
What can push my price up?+
Four things, in order: moisture mitigation (needed if the slab reads above 4 lbs on ASTM F1869), old coating removal (grinding through a failed prior epoxy adds a full day), crack & joint repair beyond hairline, and regional labor in high-cost markets. Every one is itemized on the written quote — no surprise line items.
How does payment work?+
30% deposit at booking to lock the crew and materials. 70% on completion, released only after photo approval. We accept ACH, card, and wire; ACH avoids the 3% card fee.
Is the $19 sample kit really credited?+
Yes. Every KIT-01 comes with a credit code that auto-applies to your project when you book. If you order multiple kits, they all credit. If you never book, you keep the samples — no strings.
