Why ranges instead of a fixed price?+
Concrete condition sets the low end vs. high end of every band. A clean, level, moisture-tested slab lands at the low end. A slab that needs crack repair, old-coating removal, moisture mitigation, or extra grinding lands at the high end. We publish the range instead of a fake "starting at" number so you know both boundaries before we quote.
Final pricing confirmed after photo review. Rates may adjust ±10% for surface condition, moisture mitigation, or regional labor. Minimum project · $1,400. Volume and multi-site rates available through Trade accounts.
